| January 2008 – April 2008 (ref:1046) A trial for a new drug being developed for the treatment of migraine headaches. |
The purpose of the study is to investigate a new drug which is being developed for the treatment of migraine headaches. The study will assess the safety and blood levels of the blood after a single dose as well as assessing how the drug affects the body. |

| January 2008 (ref:1024 Main) Trial to determine the effect of a new skin ointment has on the blood vessels in the skin. |
Trial with a new ointment being developed for the treatment of skin conditions such as dermatitis. The purpose of this trial is to explore the effect the ointment has on the narrowing of the surface blood vessels in the skin. |

| January - March 2008 (ref: 1012) Trials with a new medicine to treat chronic inflammation diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. |
The purpose of the study is to see if the new drug is safe and well tolerated; also to assess the way the body handles a single dose of the drug. |

The purpose of this study is see if the tropisetron will improve someone’s ability to learn and have a better memory. It is hoped that in the future, tropisetron may be used to help people with diseases such as Alzheimers where memory and learning is impaired |
